We are a Melbourne-based mechanical drafting and BIM coordination team with over 30 years of combined industry experience across fabrication modelling, mechanical documentation, and multi-discipline coordination.

Built around real construction environments, our focus is on producing accurate, buildable documentation that supports efficient installation and minimises rework. Tight programs, coordination challenges, and evolving site conditions are understood — and accounted for in how projects are delivered.

BIM Coordination & Model Management

Management and coordination of BIM Models to keep disciplines aligned and issues resolved early. Services include clash detection, model federation, and coordination tracking across project teams. Software: Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM360, Navisworks, Revizto.

Mechanical Drafting & Fabrication Modelling

Revit-based mechanical modelling supporting both design documentation and fabrication-level detailing. Models are developed with constructability in mind, producing coordinated layouts, shop drawings, and project updates throughout the IFA, IFC, and As-Built stages.

Hanger Setouts - Trimble Total Station

Robotic total station layout for precise hanger positioning and services installation. Coordinated hanger layouts are developed from the BIM model and exported as layout points for accurate on-site positioning, transferring hanger locations directly from the digital model to the slab. This ensures services align with the coordinated model, reducing rework and improving installation efficiency.

High-accuracy reality capture using laser-based point cloud scanning to document existing conditions and verify installed services. The resulting point cloud data is imported into REVIT to support precise modelling, coordination, and validation of installations in complex or retrofit environments.

Experience in lead coordination roles, combined with strong understanding of real construction environments, allows coordination challenges to be addressed early and resolved efficiently before they impact installation on site.
